Merchandise purchased from www.alssports.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receipt. The merchandise to be returned must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging, labels, and tags still attached as they were when you received the item(s). Used merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
For your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through www.alssports.com at our retail location.
Notes about shipping costs:
If you order anything that qualifies for free shipping and then you decide to return the item(s) you will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges that were incurred to ship your item.
Return Authorization
For new, unused returns/exchanges please call for a return authorization.
Returns due to some fault of AlsSports.com will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs equal to UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
