Merchandise purchased from www.alssports.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise to be returned must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging, labels, and tags still attached as they were when you received the item(s). Used, non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
For your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through www.alssports.com at our retail location.
Notes about shipping costs:
If you order anything that qualifies for free shipping and then you decide to return the item(s) you will only receive a refund equal to the cost of the item minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking/handling fee. Here is an example: You order an item for $100 and get free shipping. Then you return the item for a refund, you will get refunded $100-15%-shipping costs, so if shipping were $8, your refund will be $100-15%-$8 = $77.
Return Authorization For new, unused returns/exchanges please call for a return authorization. All UN-authorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking/handling fee.
Returns due to some fault of Al's Sporting Goods will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs equal to UPS Ground or US Mail only. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Returns that are not our fault are subject to 15% restocking/handling fees plus shipping.
