Climbing. You know, climbing up things. Boulders. Mountains. Artifical rock walls. Whatever it might be I can promise you one thing. It will be fun to climb. Rock climbing has become one of the most common outdoor activities. What once was part of mountaineering in the Alps rock climbing sprung up in europe sometime in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. From sometime before you were born to sometime when you might have been born climbing began to become steadily more popular until today Rock Climbing exists in many form but most popularly in Free Climbing.

Are you new to climbing? I had my very own first experience climbing a few years ago (somewhere around here) but I cant promise that few things will give you the adrenaline rush and exercise that rock climbing will. When you're hanging on a rope dozens or hundreds of feet off the ground you can't help but feel fear, however brief. Soon you'll be seeking higher and more difficult climbs taking in not only the rush but loving the difficulty of new adventures and in joining a community that can be found all around the world.
