Those of us whom love the outdoors know that the only thing better then spending
a whole day in them is spending the night. The smell
of a camp fire, the amazing view of the stars and the chirping of crickets
all of which are associated in peoples minds with Camping.

Perhaps a story might be helpful for an explanation: Once I went camping in
the wasatch mountains in the middle of the winter
with some friends. We had decided to make some snow
caves and spend the night in the bitter
cold of a Utah winter. After we dug our caves we crawled in and settled
down for the night. Upon awakening I found my companions to be full of complaints
about the cold and the poor sleep while I had slept wonderfully. The difference
we found wasn't the quality of the caves we constructed, as they both
were terrible, but it was the quality of the gear which we used. I
